Administrative Coordinator:

 

Responsibilities of this position include invoicing, accounts receivable/accounts payable, shipping soybean samples, working with customers via walk in or phone, assist production manager as needed, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the office building. Applicants must be highly organized and have a positive attitude.

Production Manager:

 

This person will be responsible for daily operations throughout the conditioning plant and warehouse which include receiving soybeans, ensuring conditioning equipment is running properly and coordinating the shipment of soybeans. The Production manager will oversee 3-7 people. Must be able to effectively manage people, be highly organized, and have a positive attitude. Experience with logistics preferred but not required. 

Part-time Seasonal Positions:

 

Thriving Acre Seeds is in need of 4 part-time seasonal employees from October- March. Duties include placement of bulk seed bags for bagging, operating a forklift, and moving seed boxes and/or pallets to warehouse storage.
